Terms and Conditions

Dispatch Policy


We aim to dispatch your item within 2-3 working days. If you have selected a framing option our delivery time will be extended as each frame is custom made.

For any promotions offering free shipping orders will be sent at our standard rate.

Delivery Methods


Unframed art:

We post all our screen prints in large cardboard envelopes so that we don't have to roll them into tubes. These will be couriered  

and may required a signature upon delivery.

Framed art:

All framed screen prints can either be collected from our framers in East London, or posted on to your address. Our framers are Well Hung, to find out more visit their website




The price you pay is inclusive of VAT when relevant (Books sold in the UK are 0% rated for VAT). Our VAT number is 359 5341 72.


Customs Duty


Customers receiving goods outside United Kingdom may be liable for duty charges levied in their own country. Whilst we ensure all the correct documentation has been completed, the rules vary based on the receiving country and size of the order, therefore you are responsible for any duty owed.


  • Items valued at under €22 will remain part of the Low Value Consignment Relief (LVCR) Scheme for items sent to the EU and are not subject to VAT or duties until 1 July 2021 (subject to further extension date to be set by the EU).

  • Commercial items/goods sent to the EU over €22  and below €150 may be taxed at the border and may incur a customs clearance/handling fee in the receiving country.

  • Commercial items/goods sent to the EU over €150 may attract VAT, customs duties and a clearance/handling fee

  • The customs authorities in the destination country and the customs thresholds in place determine if charges are due on imported goods.

Cancellation and Returns


If you are not satisfied with the goods or have changed your mind you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the item. Please send an email to to arrange a refund or replacement goods. Items must be received in the original condition and packaging. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping costs back to you - unless the product is faulty or damaged. We would advise sending any returned items using a reputable, tracked parcel delivery or courier service, as we can’t take responsibility for items lost in transit. Please note that we cannot offer a returns policy for our framing service. Frames are made according to our customers’ requirements and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.




The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.




All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.




You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.




The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.


Consumer Rights


None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.


Certificate of authenticity


All items sold via this website and affiliated galleries are verified as genuine articles. You will receive a certificate to prove your purchase of an original screen print.
